The trial is free
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is asked for and nothing is charged. If Codicis is not for you, simply stop using it.
7 days on your first charge
Your first subscription charge can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the date of that charge. No questions asked — write to us and it is done.
Renewals
Renewal charges are not refunded. You can cancel at any time: access continues until the end of the period you paid for, nothing renews after that, and we do not refund the unused part of the period.
Mistakes are always refunded
A duplicate charge, a charge after you canceled, or any billing error is refunded in full as soon as we see it, no matter when it happened.
How to ask
Email contact@writecodicis.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt you received from Paddle. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes the refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
The refunded period ends immediately and the account becomes read-only. Your projects stay exactly as they were, readable and exportable, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.
